
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.
Accurately record monthly financial transactions.
Record in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
Proficiency in English
Proven bookkeeping experience in manufacturing environment is preferred
Specific Skills
Reconcile accounts
Prepare trial balance of books
Post journal entries
Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Prepare tax returns
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
Accounting experience is an asset
